Bio:
Cynthia Hunter is an Assistant Professor who joined the Department of Speech-Language-Hearing: Sciences and Disorders in 2018. She earned her Ph.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2016 and completed postdoctoral fellowships at Indiana University and the Indiana Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute before coming to the University of Kansas.

Sahand Rahimi Pour

Bio: Sahand is a third-year Ph.D. student in audiology. He completed his undergraduate studies in audiology in Iran and worked as a clinician for a few months before moving to KU to complete my Ph.D. His research interests are EEG biomarkers of listening-related fatigue in bilinguals.

Rachel Eddie

Rachel Edie has assisted with the lab since her sophomore year of college. She graduated in May 2025 with her Bachelor's in Psychology, and minors in Sociology and Anthropology, from the University of Kansas. She is now a student with the Master's of Social Work program at KU and expected to graduate in May 2028.
